Pipe drilling steps:

1. Select the required pipe working position and disassemble the insulation.
2. Conduct pipeline inspection and ultrasonic testing to ensure that the thickness of the pipeline is normal before installation can be carried out.
3. After installing the fittings and valves to the required positions on the pipeline with normal inspection results, perform a pressure test.
4. After installing the roar machine, test the pressure to ensure that the pressure between the valve and the roar machine is normal before roaring.
5. After opening the newly installed valve, start hot tapping inside the valve roar.
6. After hot tapping is completed, return the roar opener to the back of the valve, and return the opened iron shit and iron blocks together.
7. After closing the valve, the pressure and remaining water behind the valve and in the roaring machine are discharged together.
8. Remove the roaring unit.
9. Temporarily seal the valve until project engineers connect to the new system.
10. Hot tapping completes the process.

The unexpected solution when hot tapping is in progress is as follows:

1. Find out the reason first…
2. If the roarer is stuck, it is a common problem!
3. The roaring unit can make corresponding adjustments and resume normal operation.
4. If the opening nozzle and the iron retracting function have been disabled, and the roarer is on the way in,
, when encountering a serious problem that makes you unable to move forward or retreat.
5. At this time, the valve and the roarer are connected as a system, and the pressure is the same as the system.
6. This roaring unit needs to be set to manual mode operation and select the reverse function.
7. Return the roarer to the rear of the valve.
8. Close the valve and turn on the unit to isolate the system.
9. Discharge the pressure and remaining water in the roaring unit.
10. Remove the roaring unit.
11. Seal this valve permanently.
12. Emergency solution completed.
